The Vocational Rehabilitation Center (VRC) is a free-standing rehabilitation center that provides vocational evaluation, return-to-work planning, and rehabilitation services and consultation to workers and employers. The Vocational Rehabilitation center provides the pioneer vocational rehabilitation services such as Work Preparation Training. Vocational Courses and Work Readiness Guidance to persons with disabilities who are judged by the Local Vocational Centers as suitable to receive these services because of having eventual to remarkably extend employment opportunities necessary to support.
These services are offered to individuals whose functional limitations interfere with their vocational opportunities. The Center provides vocational training in agreement with the needs of the labour market, which takes into account the employability prospects of each individual person. In extra, the Center provides services to the trainees, which aim to promote their skills, to become independent and to cope with any psychosocial problems. The Center provides training and employment specialiy leather goods/ shoemaking, furniture, industry/carpentry, broom making, knitting and sewing embroidery.
